Lydia Chan is a London based creative with a bold and distinctive aesthetic.
Whilst studying Fashion Communication and Promotion at Central Saint Martins, Chan began to assist set designer Gary Card, which led to her gaining invaluable experience working with some of the industry’s most recognised talents.
Honing in on her skills as a multi-disciplined artist, Chan developed her approach to set design, prop making and scenic artwork, whilst also exploring jewellery design, millinery and hair styling.
Since graduating Chan has begun to establish herself as one of the most exciting young set designers working in the industry today, working with photographers including Hugo Comte, Harley Weir, Joss McKinley, Josh Hight, Emon Toufanian, Charlotte Rutherford, Markn Ogue and Britt Lloyd.
Her recent commercial and editorial clients include: Vivienne Westwood, The Face, Converse, iD, Dazed Beauty, Vogue Italia, Lampoon Magazine, Bethany Williams, H Magazine and Sony Music.
