A graduate from Winchester School of Art, in History of Art, Michelle started her career in fashion assisting menswear stylist Simon Foxton and womenswear stylist Jonathan Kaye. It was during this time that she started contributing to SHOWstudio.com where she worked on various film and web based fashion shoots.
In 2004 Michelle was appointed fashion assistant at British Vogue and it was here that she was given the opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading photographers as a stylist. In 2010 she left to become fashion editor at Russian Vogue, both styling fashion shoots, writing, commissioning and producing. She began working with British Elle in 2013 and after 3 years as senior fashion editor she has now left to pursue a freelance career as fashion stylist, brand consultant and art director.
Her unique ability to work across fashion and still life disciplines makes her hugely popular with a broad spectrum of clients which include womenswear and menswear fashion, as well as luxury still life for both editorial and advertising campaigns.
Her editorial work includes: Elle, Vogue (UK & Russia), i-D, Salt, Sunday Times Style, Playing Fashion, The Telegraph, Tatler Russia, InStyle, Glass, L'Officiel, Baku and Flair.
