Alisa Connan’s intimate, playful and honest images have been commissioned by a host of international editorial and commercial clients. Her work has appeared in publications such as Vogue, Interview Magazine, Esquire, Dazed & Confused and Vanity Fair. She is known for her ability to rapidly build rapport with her subjects, allowing any reservations in front of the camera to quickly dissipate.

“I get great satisfaction out of being able to make someone feel comfortable, sometimes sexy and generally good about themselves. I just love it when they walk out of the room buzzing,” Alisa enthuses.

Alisa is passionate about taking honest, accessible photographs that capture the moment and bring creative concepts to life. She thrives on collaborating with others and has recently directed a series of short films to add to her ever-growing show reel.

“Creating images can be a lot of fun and I hope that comes across in my work.”

Alisa is currently preparing for a London exhibition in 2010 and continues to shoot, film and exhibit all across the globe.
